This Privacy Policy applies to the DEEVINE online interface (i.e., website or mobile application) and any DEEVINE affiliate or subsidiary online interface that links to this Policy, (individually referred to as a ‘site’, and, collectively, ‘sites’). The term ‘the company’ or ‘DEEVINE’ or ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’ in this Policy refers to the product DEEVINE the company with proprietary ownership of the product; Legend Labs Limited and any affiliates or subsidiaries of Legend Labs Limited that links to this Policy. This Policy describes how the Sites may collect, use, and share information from or about you, and explains how information may be collected and used for advertising purposes.

DEEVINE takes the privacy of your information very seriously. Please read this Policy carefully. By using the Site and any services we offer via the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by this Policy in respect of the information collected about you via this Site.

As a Customer, you accept this Policy when you sign up for, access, or use our product(s), services, content, features, technologies or functions offered on our website and all related sites, applications, and services.

This Policy is intended to govern the use of the Site by users. Users reserve the right to exercise their data protection rights as listed under the Customer Rights.

This Policy regulates how personal information will be used within the Company. To preserve the confidentiality of your data, we maintain the controls in place for privacy.
